TAX REPRESENTATION


Our tax representation department provides services for persons who do not reside in Spain but who own properties on Spanish soil, as well as for foreign resident property owners (foreign residents). Both are therefore subject to a number of unavoidable tax obligations with the Spanish tax office. A legal representative in Spain appointed to manage your applicable tax obligations has proved a wise decision for most non resident and foreign resident property owners.

FOREIGNER’S ID NUMBER (ID):

The NIE is the name of the identification number for foreigners. It is an identification for tax purposes. It is compulsory for foreigners to obtain one when they have properties/interests in Spain. This number will never change.
